David Bull lives in Cheshire and has held various appointments at The Scouts Association UK from Group, District, County level, including being ACC (International).  He has been Chairman of the European Scout Committee and was the UK Contingent Leader for the 20th World Scout Jamboree in Thailand.

David Bull visited YES Project on 12th. Aug. 2003 together with other colleagues from the UK Africa Network.
